Job summary

Chainguard is seeking a Senior Field Marketing Manager for the Middle East and Africa to shape the regional strategy and drive growth across UAE, Saudi Arabia and South Africa.

You will own the MEA field marketing program, partner with sales, channel teams and executives, run demand generation, ABM and events, localise global campaigns, and travel about 25% to engage customers and partners.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of field marketing, demand generation or regional marketing in B2B tech.
• Fluency in Arabic (preferred) and English.
• Experience building channel-led marketing programs.
• Strong collaboration with Sales, Channel and cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel ~25% across the region.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute regional field marketing strategy for MEA.
• Partner with Regional Directors, Sales, BDRs, Channel teams to build pipeline.
• Drive demand gen programs across priority accounts and market segments.
• Localise global campaigns for regional audiences and leverage ABM strategies.
• Align initiatives with regional sales priorities and account strategies.
• Measure ROI and optimise regional programs and investment decisions.
• Support channel partners with joint marketing programmes.
