Databricks, a leading Data and AI company, is expanding its MEA footprint with an Enterprise Account Executive in Abu Dhabi. You will manage top strategic accounts, articulate Databricks’ data platform value, and drive closure while collaborating with field engineers and sales leadership.

Fluency in English is required, Arabic is a plus. You will report to a MEA Sales Director and play a pivotal role in shaping go-to-market approaches across the region, nurturing relationships with C-suite

Competenze

Extensive understanding of data platforms and cloud ecosystems.
Strong prospecting and stakeholder mapping skills.
Experience with MEDDPICC selling methodology.

Assess your territory and develop a successful execution strategy.
Exceed activity and quarterly revenue targets.
Track all customer details including use case, purchase time frames, next steps, and forecasting in Salesforce.
Identify new use case opportunities and showcase value to existing customers.
Promote the value of the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform.
Orchestrate and utilise our field engineering teams to ensure valuable outcomes for clients.
Build and demonstrate value with all engagements to guide successful negotiations to close point.
