Job summary

Databricks is opening a new Middle East and Africa hub in Abu Dhabi and seeks Enterprise Account Executives to manage strategic MEA customers. You have a track record of selling to large, complex accounts and guiding deals through MEDDPICC, with English fluency and Arabic being a plus.

You will report to a Sales Director for MEA, develop territory strategies, and drive revenue while coordinating with field engineers to deliver client value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience.
• Fluency in English is required; fluency in Arabic is a plus.
• Experience selling to large and complex accounts.

Responsibilities

• Assess your territory and develop a successful execution strategy.
• Exceed activity and quarterly revenue targets.
• Track all customer details including use case, purchase time frames, next steps, and forecasting in Salesforce.
• Identify new use case opportunities and showcase value to existing customers.
• Promote the value of the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform.
• Orchestrate and utilise our field engineering teams to ensure valuable outcomes for clients.
• Build and demonstrate value with all engagements to guide successful negotiations to close point.
