The ideal candidate will drive customer experience, profitability, and partnerships while building high-performing teams across multiple countries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of experience in Digital Commerce, eCommerce, or Omnichannel Retail.
• Proven experience managing regional or multi-country digital operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional Digital Strategy and long-term roadmap.
• Drive profitable digital growth, brand presence, customer acquisition, and market share.
• Oversee eCommerce platforms, mobile apps, marketplaces, and digital channels.
• Lead digital trading and operations across multiple MENA markets.
• Own digital budgets, P&L accountability, and key KPIs.
• Lead major digital transformation and platform migrations.
