Job summary

Cloudflare in Dubai seeks a Distribution Account Manager to scale two-tier distribution across the region. Based in Dubai, you will own distributor relationships, onboard resellers, certify partners, and drive demand with MDF/SPIFF programs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in distribution and/or partner management within a two-tier GTM model.
• Experience with value-added distributors (VADs) and reseller ecosystems.
• Solid knowledge of cloud infrastructure, SaaS, and cybersecurity solutions.
• Experience with MEDDPICC sales methodology and SFDC forecast discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead Distribution Joint Business Planning with distributors to build the partner ecosystem.
• Ensure territory coverage aligned with regional sales leadership.
• Define partner coverage and recruit two-tier partners — VARs/MSSPs.
• Drive distributor- and partner-led planning to generate opportunities and revenue.
• Ensure partner enablement and certification across distribution channels.
• Develop and run the distribution demand generation plan with MDF/SPIFF.
• Own the distribution pipeline, forecast and close sales targets with regional team.
• Support distributors in account planning and qualification with distributor resources.
• Maintain executive alignment through QBRs with distributor stakeholders.
• Ensure deployment of Cloudflare partner programs across distribution.
