Job summary

Siemens Software in the Middle East region seeks a Senior Partner Management Executive to develop and scale the Mendix Data & AI partner ecosystem, accelerating partner-led growth across AI, Data Analytics and low-code platforms. You will recruit strategic partners, enable joint go-to-market programs, and manage executive relationships to align partners with Siemens software solutions.

Based in UAE or KSA with fluent English and strong enterprise software experience, the role offers hybrid work

Qualifications

Significant experience in Partner Management and ecosystem development.
Proven success growing indirect software revenue.
Experience building partner businesses around enterprise software solutions.
Strong understanding of SaaS and recurring revenue models.
Experience influencing senior stakeholders without direct authority.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the Middle East partner strategy for the Mendix Data & AI portfolio.
Drive partner-led pipeline, ARR growth, and new business acquisition.
Expand partner coverage and recruit strategic partners in priority markets.
Build partner capabilities around Low-Code, AI, Data Analytics, and Digital Transformation.
Support partners in developing dedicated practices and service offerings.
Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with key partners.
