Job summary

Mistral in the UAE is seeking an early member of our Partner Team to drive adoption of our enterprise AI platform and models alongside our GTM efforts. You will work with partners and Account Executives to understand client needs and map them to technical solutions.

You will own pre-sale activities, onboard platform updates, and create enablement assets while guiding customers through deployment and integration, ensuring successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a technical partner pre-sales or consulting role with partner and customer-facing interactions.
• Experience partnering with large technology cloud or platform providers across account strategy and execution.
• Hands-on deployment of AI solutions and integration into customer infrastructure.
• Strong ability to lead complex multi-stakeholder discussions.
• Excellent written and verbal English; other European languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive pre-sale and sales activities with partners to understand client needs and outcomes.
• Onboard AI platform updates to partner platforms and enable scale across teams.
• Create assets for partner enablement portal and provide technical expertise in deals.
• Collaborate with product/engineering to relay feedback and improvements.
• Support post-deployment success and drive feature requests based on customer feedback.
• Guide customers in deploying text completion API and tailor models to requirements.
