Job summary

CHANEL is seeking a Digital Solutions & Platforms Manager to accelerate its digital transformation across the Middle East. You will drive adoption of CHANEL's digital ecosystem, collaborate with Local & Europe teams, and translate business needs into actionable platform improvements.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives, manage stakeholder expectations, and explore future capabilities in AI and digital tools to enhance client and employee experiences in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial

Qualifications

Min 5 years of experience in Digital Transformation applied to Retail, Innovation, Consulting, Digital Product Management or related fields.
Experience working on cross-functional projects with business and technology stakeholders.
Strong understanding of digital ecosystems, platforms and emerging technologies.
Fluency in English; Arabic and/or French a plus.

Responsibilities

Act as a bridge between Local & Europe teams to align roadmaps and implementations.
Coordinate cross-functional projects ensuring successful adoption of digital platforms.
Translate business needs into clear use cases, requirements and improvement opportunities.
Drive adoption and optimization of digital platforms across office, wholesale and retail teams.
Identify opportunities to enhance client, employee and business experiences through technology.
Support Europe transformation agenda with a test-and-learn mindset and product management philosophy.
