Job summary

CHANEL is seeking a Digital Solutions & Platforms Manager to accelerate its digital transformation across the Middle East. You will drive adoption of CHANEL's digital ecosystem, collaborate with Local & Europe teams, and translate business needs into actionable platform improvements.

Qualifications

• Min 5 years of experience in Digital Transformation applied to Retail, Innovation, Consulting, Digital Product Management or related fields.
• Experience working on cross-functional projects with business and technology stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of digital ecosystems, platforms and emerging technologies.
• Fluency in English; Arabic and/or French a plus.

Working at the crossroads of Digital, Retail, Client Experience and Technology, you will drive the adoption of CHANEL's digital ecosystem by our different teams while supporting the exploration of future capabilities and innovation opportunities.

• Supporting the deployment of new digital capabilities, initiatives and innovation pilots embracing a test, learn and measure approach.
• Act as customer success manager, driving the adoption and optimization of digital platforms and solutions across the organization, from office to wholesale and retail teams.

Requirements

• Preferably based in the UAE.
