Job summary

CHANEL is seeking a Digital Solutions & Platforms Manager to accelerate its digital transformation across the Middle East. You will bridge Digital, Retail, Client Experience and Technology to drive adoption of CHANEL's digital ecosystem across office, wholesale and retail teams.

In this role you will translate business needs into concrete use cases and requirements, coordinate cross-functional projects and support Europe roadmaps with a test-and-learn mindset and product management philosophy.

Qualifications

• Min 5 years of experience in digital transformation applied to retail or related fields.
• Experience with cross-functional projects involving business and technology stakeholders.
• Ability to translate business needs into actionable digital solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deploy new digital capabilities and pilots with a test-learn-measure approach.
• Act as customer success manager, driving adoption of digital platforms across office, wholesale and retail.
• Translate business needs into use cases and requirements to feed Europe roadmaps.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure successful implementation.
