Job summary

CEVA Logistics in Dubai seeks a CL BD Manager to drive contract logistics growth across the Middle East. You will target new business, expand relationships with key clients, and work with sector heads to execute go-to-market strategies.

The role requires a proven sales track record in contract logistics, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to travel internationally. A bachelor’s degree in a related field is required. Expatriate-ready and GCC experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of sales and business development experience in contract logistics.
• Strong knowledge of CL customer and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
• Well organized and able to collaborate across functions.

Responsibilities

• Gains new business to meet targets and expand market share in ME.
• Conduct regular sales calls and visits; report activity.
• Develop GTMs and pursue opportunities in key verticals including tech, automotive, retail and e-commerce.
• Prepare and present professional proposals to clients.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Operations and Contract Logistics teams.
• Coordinate with pricing to win RFQs after reviewing the solution.
• Attend industry events and conferences to promote CEVA's services.
