Responsibilities

• Sets plans to manage key customers and partners.
• Works with key accounts to formulate strategies outlining plans on how relationships develop.
• Implements business plans, SLAs, monitors and explores opportunities, reports progress to stakeholders.
• Positions CEVA Logistics in various market segments as a key player.
• Acts as CEVA Logistics main entry point.
• Secures approved / preferred vendor status from key accounts.
• Consolidates and updates customer knowledge (decision makers, influencers, volume potential, incumbents, challenges).
• Develops CEVA Logistics market share and profitability through customers' operations across the network.
• Develops and implements the sales action plan.
• Reviews performance and quality indicators contracted with customers.
• Plans monthly meetings to pilot growth and sales activities.
• Leads global tenders and signs off with operation parties.
• Designs and presents global tenders with CEVA Logistics functions and expertise.
• Calls on the corporate steering committee to arbitrate disputes linked to international contract management.
• Reports weekly activities in the CRM tool.
• Complies with all QHSE, Compliance, Ethics and Code of Conduct requirements.
