Job summary

Black and Grey HR is seeking a hands-on showroom sales professional for a leading building materials company in Dubai. You will guide clients through kitchen material selections, understand project needs, and convert showroom interactions into sales.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of showroom, retail, or consultative sales experience, preferably in kitchens or interiors, with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Job Description / Role:

Black and Grey HR is hiring for a leading building materials company. This is a hands-on role for a customer-focused professional who can guide clients through kitchen material selections, understand their project needs, and convert showroom interactions into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with showroom visitors and understand their kitchen requirements, preferences, and project scope.
• Recommend suitable worktops, finishes, cabinetry materials, fittings, and related solutions.
• Handle customer enquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up consistently to drive conversions.
• Build strong knowledge of the product portfolio, specifications, applications, and latest offerings.
• Work closely with design and technical teams to address bespoke or project-specific requirements.
• Keep product samples and showroom displays organized, updated, and visually appealing.
• Maintain client records and nurture relationships to encourage repeat and referral business.
• Deliver against assigned sales goals and contribute to overall showroom performance.

Experience Required:

• 1-3 years of experience in showroom, retail, or consultative sales, ideally within kitchen, interiors, furniture, or building materials.

Skills Required:

• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Understanding of kitchen materials, finishes, or basic design concepts is an advantage.
