Job summary

talentbridedubai is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to promote premium solid surface materials across the UAE. This project-driven, consultative role targets architects, designers and contractors, guiding specifications from design through installation.

The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years UAE-based sales experience in solid surface or related materials, strong communication skills, and the ability to read BOQs and technical drawings. A UAE driving licence is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years UAE sales in solid surface, stone, quartz, or interior finishing materials.
• Experience working with architects, designers, joinery workshops, and contractors.
• Ability to read BOQs and technical drawings and advise on solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with architects, interior designers, consultants, contractors, and fabricators.
• Promote and specify solid surface materials across hospitality, healthcare, residential, and commercial projects.
• Track projects from early design through tender, approval, and final installation.
• Provide technical guidance, samples, and recommendations based on application requirements.
• Coordinate with logistics and operations teams for accurate order processing and delivery.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of active and upcoming projects within the CRM.
• Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and specification shifts in the market.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

About the Role:

Our client is seeking a dynamic and technically adept Sales Executive to promote and sell premium solid surface materials across the UAE. This is a project-driven, consultative role focused on specification sales targeting architects, designers, contractors, and fabricators involved in hospitality, healthcare, residential, and commercial interiors. This is not retail sales — this role requires a deep understanding of materials, project lifecycles, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage relationships with architects, interior designers, consultants, contractors, and fabricators
• Promote and specify solid surface materials across hospitality, healthcare, residential, and commercial projects
• Track projects from early design stages through tender, approval, and final installation
• Provide technical guidance, samples, and recommendations based on application requirements
• Coordinate with logistics and operations teams for accurate order processing and delivery
• Maintain a strong pipeline of active and upcoming projects within the CRM
• Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and specification shifts in the market
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Candidate Requirements:
