Job summary

Black and Grey HR is seeking a hands-on showroom sales professional for a leading building materials company in Dubai. You will guide clients through kitchen material selections, understand project needs, and convert showroom interactions into sales.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of showroom, retail, or consultative sales experience, preferably in kitchens or interiors, with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of showroom, retail, or consultative sales experience in kitchen, interiors, furniture, or building materials.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Customer-oriented with a commercially driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Engage showroom visitors to understand requirements and project scope.
• Recommend worktops, finishes, cabinetry materials, fittings, and related solutions.
• Prepare quotations and follow up to drive conversions.
• Maintain strong product knowledge and coordinate with design/technical teams.
