160over90, part of Publicis Groupe, Dubai, seeks a senior analytics-driven professional to translate complex business and financial data into actionable insights for account services, operations, and leadership. You will leverage Workamajig, CRM, PowerBI, and SAP to drive smarter decision-making and operational consistency across the agency.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, dashboard development, and cross-functional collaboration with finance, IT, and legal teams.

Qualifications

Eight to ten years of a mix of analytical and account services experience.
Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint; advanced Excel functions; data visualization in PowerBI or Tableau.
Experience working with SAP and CRM platforms; ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

Manage global CRM pipeline and contracted revenue tracking.
Create and maintain dashboards and reports in PowerBI; develop ad hoc reports in Workamajig.
Pull data into PowerBI and SAP reports; present findings to senior leadership.
Identify data quality issues and drive process improvements across departments.
Develop training materials and present to groups; support weekly/monthly/quarterly reviews.
Collaborate across COEs and departments to implement best practices.
