Job summary

TRUST WAY FREIGHT SERVICES LLC in Dubai is seeking a results- driven sales professional to grow our maritime client base. You will identify new ship owner/operators opportunities, build lasting relationships, and tailor proposals and tender responses to market needs.

You will bring a Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of relevant sales experience in ship chandling or maritime logistics, with a proven track record of hitting targets in a competitive environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Maritime Studies, Logistics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of proven sales experience, preferably within the ship chandling, maritime supply chain, or related industries.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
• Strong understanding of maritime operations, vessel requirements, and the global shipping market.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities within the maritime industry focusing on ship owners operators and managing companies.
• Develop and maintain strong long-term relationships with existing clients understanding their evolving needs and ensuring consistent service delivery.
• Prepare and present compelling sales proposals quotations and tender responses tailored to specific client requirements and market conditions.
• Negotiate contract terms pricing and service level agreements to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes and maximize profitability.
