Job summary

Executive Integrity is recruiting a Sales Manager - Maritime Services in Dubai to build and lead the new maritime and offshore sales function from scratch.

You will own new business and expand the installed base with no geographic limits, reporting directly to the CEO, shaping strategy, structure and KPIs for sustained growth.

This leadership role offers autonomy to turn market reputation into tangible results and to professionalise proposals through structured account planning.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ sales experience within maritime, offshore or satellite communications.
• Track record of bringing structure and discipline to a sales function.
• Comfortable communicating at management level with long, demanding sales-cycle clients.
• Able to make an immediate impact with a short ramp-up.
• Strategic operator who plans at account level rather than only executing activities.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a maritime and offshore sales team from scratch with structured processes.
• Take full ownership of new business and account growth with no geographic limits.
• Report directly to the CEO with autonomy over sales strategy, structure and KPIs.
• Convert strong market reputation and installed client base into growth beyond current run rate.
• Professionalise commercial processes from proposals to account planning.
