Job summary

Element Search is recruiting on behalf of a leading client for a highly experienced Sales Manager with 7–10+ years of UAE experience in the Marine / Ship Chandling industry. The role focuses on driving revenue through UAE ship-chandler and marine markets.

You will develop and manage key accounts, generate RFQs, lead a team of 8–10, convert inquiries to orders, and expand the company’s presence across the UAE marine market. A proven network and track record are essential.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of UAE experience in Marine/Ship Chandling or related field.
• Proven network across ship chandlers and marine suppliers in the UAE.
• Strong customer relationships and reputation in the UAE marine market.
• Experience generating and growing business through market relationships.
• Expertise with lifting & rigging equipment and related marine gear.
• Excellent understanding of RFQs, procurement, quotations, negotiations and closing.
• History of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue through the UAE ship-chandler and marine market.
• Develop and manage key ship-chandler accounts.
• Generate new RFQs and business opportunities.
• Lead a team of 8–10 people and convert inquiries into orders.
• Build long-term relationships with procurement decision-makers.
