Responsibilities

• Coordinate marine shipping logistics procedures and papers.
• Confirm drafts from suppliers/shipping lines and forward for client approval.
• Follow up and email clients regarding payments and document confirmations.
• Update and maintain lead sheets and trackers (ETA/ETD).
• Respond to customer emails and update order status.
