Responsibilities

• Achieve high levels of consumer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, and dispatching goods.
• Monitor and report warehousing tasks and staff performance.
• Organize and maintain storage area.
• Ensure accuracy of shipments and stock transactions.
• Communicate job expectations and coach staff.
• Interface with customers to address concerns or resolve issues.
• Maintain documentation and use records to forecast warehouse status.
