Job summary

Flip retail in Dubai is hiring an Operations Supervisor to oversee day-to-day logistics, including off-loading, loading, scanning, sorting and packing, with a focus on productivity and accuracy.

You will monitor DC safety, customer service, and transportation line-haul operations to ensure timely delivery and proper parcel handling, while coaching a high-performing team and planning routes for drivers.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in a supervisory/managerial role overseeing operations.
• Experience in coordinating logistics and distribution activities.
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams.
• Experience with fleet and driver management.
• Wamiliarity with line-haul transportation and parcel distribution.

Responsibilities

• Oversee off-loading, uploading, scanning, sorting and packing processes.
• Enhance productivity and accuracy across the operations group.
• Monitor DC safety, protection, and performance metrics monthly.
• Maintain a customer-focused atmosphere and service excellence.
• Lead line-haul transportation and delivery teams to ensure timely arrivals.
• Coach and develop the team to achieve high performance.
• Plan routes and ensure drivers handover processes are completed.
