Responsibilities

• Identify new markets, business opportunities, and potential clients within the marine safety and communication market.
• Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets.
• Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and business pitches to prospective clients.
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly/annual revenue targets.
• Negotiate and close business deals while ensuring profitability.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support lead nurturing and conversions.
• Work closely with operations, finance, product, and marketing teams to deliver client requirements.
• Communicate client feedback to internal teams for product & service improvements.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and client interactions.
• Prepare periodic business development reports and forecasts for management review.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety & environment regulations.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the department
