Rakbank in the UAE is seeking an ambitious and results-driven Key Account Manager to drive growth across Dubai and Abu Dhabi. You will focus on acquiring New-to-Bank clients and building a strong, sustainable liability portfolio while delivering an outstanding client experience.

You will manage relationships with corporate accounts and high-value retail clients, identify cross-sell opportunities across banking products, and collaborate with product and propositions teams to tailor solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in banking, client relationship management, or customer service, preferably within a HNWI / Priority Banking / Relationship Management environment.
• Proven experience in managing and growing high-value client relationships.

Responsabilités

• Manage transactions with customers and oversee key corporate accounts.
• Build strong engagement with HR, finance teams, and decision-makers within corporate clients.
• Drive acquisition of salary accounts, deposits, and other retail banking products through corporate tie-ups.
• Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities including loans, credit cards, insurance, and wealth products.
• Conduct regular client reviews to understand needs and propose banking solutions.
