Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

We are currently recruiting a Manager - Restaurants & Beverages for our client, based in Dubai, UAE for a period of 14-Months.

Job Purpose:

To manage the performance and compliance of food and beverage concession partners. Acting as the primary point of contact, you will ensure contractual obligations, revenue targets, operational standards, and customer service expectations are achieved.

The successful candidate will drive business growth, build strong stakeholder relationships, identify improvement opportunities, and ensure operators deliver an outstanding customer experience while maintaining compliance with operational and safety requirements.

Candidates with experience in Airport Commercial Operations, F&B Concessions, Shopping Mall Leasing & Tenant Management, Commercial Property Management, or Multi-site Food & Beverage Operations will be highly suited for this role.

Job Responsibilities:

Concession & Contract Management

• Manage concessionaires to ensure compliance with contracts, KPIs, and service standards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for operational, commercial, and contractual matters.
• Monitor performance, revenue, and customer service delivery.
• Coordinate store handovers, fit-outs, refurbishments, and operational readiness.
• Resolve operational and commercial issues proactively.

Commercial Performance & Revenue Growth

• Monitor sales, revenue, and business performance across concession partners.
• Review financial reports and identify risks, trends, and growth opportunities.
• Drive initiatives to improve revenue, profitability, and customer experience.
• Analyze customer behavior and market trends to support business growth.
• Support annual business planning and revenue enhancement strategies.
• Recommend new concepts, promotions, and commercial opportunities.

Stakeholder Management

• Build strong relationships with concessionaires and internal stakeholders.
• Conduct regular business reviews and performance meetings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
• Work with marketing teams on promotional and customer engagement initiatives.

Operations & Customer Experience

• Ensure high operational and customer service standards across all outlets.
• Monitor service quality and brand compliance.
• Implement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Maintain smooth and efficient day-to-day operations.

Health, Safety & Compliance

• Conduct regular operational, health, and safety inspections.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards.
• Track and close corrective actions arising from audits and inspections.

Portfolio & Lease Management

• Manage contract renewals, expiries, and commercial obligations.
• Identify opportunities for new concepts and business growth.
