Job summary

Transguard Workforce Solutions, UAE’s leading HR solutions provider, seeks an experienced Manager - Restaurants & Beverages to oversee concession partners in Dubai for a 14-month assignment.

You will drive performance, ensure contractual obligations, revenue targets, and operational standards while delivering exceptional customer experience. The role requires strong stakeholder management, financial acumen, and deep knowledge of F&B concessions, leases, and multi-site operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Min 5 years in F&B, Retail, Hospitality, Commercial Operations, Property Management, or Concession Management.
• Commercial contract administration and stakeholder management.
• Revenue analysis, business performance management, and financial reporting.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen.
• Understanding of concession, lease, and commercial contract management.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of retail and F&B business drivers and market trends.

Responsibilities

• Manage concessionaires to ensure contracts meet KPIs and service standards.
• Serve as primary contact for operational, commercial, and contractual matters.
• Monitor performance, revenue, and customer service delivery.
• Coordinate store handovers, fit-outs, refurbishments, and readiness.
• Resolve operational and commercial issues proactively.
