Job summary

edari in Dubai seeks a Manager - F&B / Retail concessionaire to oversee end-to-end performance of concessionaires, ensuring contractual, operational, revenue and customer service targets are achieved while driving business growth.

The role is a 14-month contract with renewal potential. The candidate should have 3-5 years of managerial experience in a commercial, hospitality or F&B environment and a strong grasp of contract management and KPI-driven performance.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' managerial experience in commercial, hospitality, retail, Mall or F&B environment.
• Strong understanding of commercial contracts and concession management.
• Experience monitoring sales, revenue and financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end contractual performance of F&B concessionaires and ensure standards are met.
• Act as the main day-to-day contact for F&B operators and ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor weekly/monthly sales and financial performance; identify revenue risks and take corrective action.
• Drive business growth and opportunities by coordinating with concessionaires and internal teams.
• Lead development of annual concession plans and tactical business plans for F&B operators.
• Coordinate design and delivery of new and existing concession areas; oversee health, safety and compliance.
• Manage contract expiries, debt issues, and promotional activity in collaboration with relevant teams.
