Job summary

Black Pearl Consult in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Assistant F&B Manager to oversee daily F&B operations, drive guest satisfaction, and optimize service standards across outlets.

You will lead large service teams, monitor costs, budgeting, and SOP compliance while collaborating with culinary and support teams to ensure exceptional service in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• 13–15+ years of progressive experience in F&B / Hospitality
• Strong management experience in restaurants, hotel F&B or multi-concept venues; UAE experience preferred
• Experience managing front-of-house operations, sizable service teams and SOP compliance
• Strong understanding of F&B revenue, budgeting, P&L, labour productivity and cost management
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related discipline preferred
• Excellent leadership, communication and guest-relations skills in fast-paced, multicultural environments

We are hiring an experienced Assistant F&B Manager for a confidential hospitality opportunity in Abu Dhabi. The role will support the overall management of F&B operations, ensuring strong service standards, efficient daily operations, team performance, guest satisfaction, and commercial results.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the daily management of F&B and front-of-house operations , ensuring consistent service standards.
• Lead, supervise, and develop F&B teams while maintaining strong operational discipline and guest service.
• Monitor sales, costs, staffing, inventory, wastage, and overall operational performance .
• Handle guest concerns and operational issues while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with culinary and support teams to ensure smooth service delivery and compliance with company standards.

Requirements

• 13–15+ years of progressive experience within the Food & Beverage / Hospitality industry, with substantial exposure to restaurant or multi-outlet F&B operations.
• Strong management experience within restaurants, hotel F&B, hospitality groups, leisure venues, premium dining, casual dining or multi-concept F&B businesses; previous UAE experience is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience managing front-of-house operations, sizable service teams, guest experience, SOP compliance and day-to-day outlet performance.
• Strong commercial understanding of F&B revenue, budgeting, P&L performance, labour productivity, food/beverage cost, inventory control and operational cost management.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration or a related discipline is preferred, combined with a strong operational track record.
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving and guest-relations skills, with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural hospitality environment.
