Job summary

Majid Al Futtaim is seeking a Manager - Fulfilment to lead the day-to-day e-commerce fulfillment ops in UAE. You will head picking, marshalling, dispatching and last-mile activities, coordinate with stores, and drive customer satisfaction through on-time delivery, quality and accurate orders.

The role requires strong leadership, planning and analytical skills, experience with 3PLs, and knowledge of SAP, Salesforce and WMS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in E-Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in supply chain, e-commerce fulfillment, logistics, or last-mile operations.
• Strong leadership experience managing fulfillment teams and third-party logistics providers.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day e-commerce fulfillment operations, including picking, marshalling, dispatching, and last-mile delivery activities.
• Lead fulfillment teams and third-party logistics providers to ensure efficient and seamless operations.
• Monitor operational KPIs, productivity, picking rates, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure stock availability, dark store organization, and effective coordination between operations, commercial, and IT teams.
• Oversee delivery accuracy, quality control processes, proper packing standards, and cold chain compliance.
• Manage customer service operations, returns, cash handling processes, and on-time order fulfillment.
• Plan and allocate operational resources, including vehicles, drivers, and workforce, to meet business demands
• Control operational budgets, reduce costs, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

JOB TITLE

Manager - Fulfilment | MAF Retail | Head Office UAE

ROLE SUMMARY

The Fulfillment Manager is responsible of managing the day-to-day execution of company's E-Commerce Operations which includes Picking, Marshalling and Dispatching activities. He / She should drive the team to increase the efficiency and work towards the organizational goals. Also, the role holder should liaise with the store and make sure that the customers are fully satisfied with the online services in terms of on time delivery, freshness, quality and fulfillment of their order.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree in E-Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field
• 5-7 years of experience in supply chain, e-commerce fulfillment, logistics, or last-mile operations.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, Advanced Excel, SAP, Salesforce, and warehouse management systems.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
