Job summary

Majid Al Futtaim operates the Customer Service Information Desks across its shopping centres, providing directions, event information and query resolution to shoppers and visitors on a daily basis.

Staff are expected to maintain current knowledge of mall assets, assist customers in person or by phone, resolve complaints professionally and handle Gift Card program operations in line with corporate policies. Join a dynamic GCC hospitality-focused team in a leading regional group.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in Customer Service in a reputed shopping centre or luxury hotel industry in GCC or abroad.

Responsibilities

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mall services, amenities, stores, layout and promotions to ensure smooth daily functioning of the Customer Service Info desks.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the Customer Service Information Desk under guidance of Supervisor and Team Leader.
• Assist customers at the Information Desk with directions, events, queries and mall duties.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints in line with established policies and SLA.
• Execute Gift Card program and ensure payment handling complies with policies.
