Position Overview

Customer Service Coordinator Shopping Mall Customer Experience supports the daily operations of the Customer Service Information Desk within Majid Al Futtaim shopping malls. The role ensures a smooth and professional guest service environment by assisting visitors with information, handling inquiries and complaints, coordinating mall services, and supporting customer engagement programs that enhance the overall shopping mall experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain updated knowledge of shopping mall facilities, services, stores, layouts, and promotional events to assist visitors effectively.
• Support daily operations of the Customer Service Information Desk in accordance with company service standards and procedures.
• Provide customers with directions, store information, and details about mall events and promotional activities.
• Respond to customer inquiries in person and over the phone with professionalism and efficiency.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints in line with established service guidelines and service level agreements.
• Coordinate with mall management and internal departments to resolve customer service issues.
• Execute and manage the mall Gift Card program and related payment handling procedures.
• Ensure all customer service activities comply with operational policies and service quality standards.
• Contribute to creating a welcoming and memorable shopping experience for mall visitors.
