Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience within a reputed shopping mall or luxury hotel environment in the GCC.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to remain calm, professional, and approachable in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service at the mall's Information Desk.
• Maintain updated knowledge of mall amenities, store locations, and promotions.
• Assist visitors by providing directions and responding to inquiries.
• Manage customer feedback and resolve complaints courteously.
• Support the execution of the Gift Card program and ensure accurate cash handling.
• Collaborate with the mall's operations and marketing teams.
