Qualifications

• 2+ years’ work experience in Customer Service in a reputed shopping Centre or luxury Hotel.
• Relevant experience in the GCC or abroad.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of mall services and promotions.
• Ensure smooth operations of Customer Service Information Desk.
• Assist customers at the Information Desk with queries.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally.
• Execute Gift Card program and manage payment handling.
