Job summary

Majid Al Futtaim is seeking an attentive Customer Service Information Desk Associate for its Dubai malls. The role focuses on assisting shoppers, directing them to stores and events, answering queries and handling complaints with professionalism.

Responsibilities include maintaining knowledge of mall services, ensuring smooth desk operations under supervision, and executing gift card programs in line with policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years’ work experience in Customer Service in a reputed shopping centre or luxury hotel in GCC or abroad.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers at the Information Desk by providing clear directions and information on mall events.
• Handle and resolve customer queries and complaints with courtesy and professionalism.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the Customer Service Information Desk under supervision.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mall services, amenities, stores, layout and ongoing promotional activities.
