Job summary

DAMAC Hotels & Resorts in Dubai is seeking a Maison Leader to act as Manager on Duty in the absence of Departmental Managers and Directors, ensuring guest satisfaction through effective planning, organizing, directing and controlling of hotel operations.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years as a Duty Manager in a 5‑star hotel (Arabic preferred), a hospitality degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) with Front Office Operations and Health & Safety certifications, and fluent English with strong front

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Duty Manager in a 5-star hotel (Arabic preferred).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Hospitality.
• Certification in Front Office Operations and Health & Safety.
• Strong operational knowledge of Front Desk Operations, VIP welcoming protocols, MS Office, and Opera PMS.
• High level of verbal and written English communication skills.

Responsibilities
