Ramee Group of Hotels in Dubai seeks an experienced Operations Manager to lead daily hotel operations while delivering outstanding guest experiences. You will coordinate Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and Maintenance, drive guest satisfaction, and align activities with business objectives.

The role demands strong leadership, strategic planning, and a proven ability to manage budgets and teams. Fluency in English is required; Arabic or additional languages are a plus in a multilingual

Qualifications

• Solid leadership experience in hotel operations or senior hospitality management.
• Strong understanding of hotel management practices, guest services, and budget management.
• Excellent leadership, strategic planning, team management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic or additional languages is an advantage.
• Knowledge of hotel operations, guest service management, and safety/compliance standards.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the hotel, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Maintenance departments.
• Ensure exceptional guest service standards and professionally resolve escalated guest concerns.
• Develop operational goals, manage departmental budgets, and control operating costs to improve profitability.
• Supervise staff performance, prepare work schedules, provide coaching, and promote an efficient working environment.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, health and safety regulations, and corporate operational standards.
