About the Role

As a Team Leader at Maison Devoille, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional service in a refined and sophisticated dining environment. You will oversee daily operations, ensure service standards are consistently maintained, and support the team in creating memorable experiences for every guest. Working closely with management, you will assist with colleague training, performance coaching, and operational excellence while acting as a role model for professionalism, teamwork, and genuine hospitality.

The ideal candidate is an experienced hospitality professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for luxury service. You possess the confidence to guide and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining impeccable attention to detail. You are guest-focused, highly organized, and able to anticipate operational needs while ensuring the highest standards are met. Previous experience in a supervisory or team leadership role within a premium restaurant or luxury hospitality environment, combined with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, will set you up for success at Maison Devoille.
