Job Purpose

• Supervise housekeeping operations and ensure staff maintain high standards of cleanliness, grooming, discipline, and guest service.
• Monitor service standards and quality across assigned areas, including deep cleaning, room/area inspections, and adherence to SOPs.
• Lead and develop the team through training, coaching, feedback, and ensuring staff understand departmental standards and procedures.
• Coordinate with other departments, particularly Engineering, to ensure equipment, maintenance, safety, and guest requirements are addressed promptly.
• Manage housekeeping resources including cleaning supplies, chemicals, machinery, linen, keys, and departmental records while ensuring proper stock control and safety compliance

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum of 2 year experience as a Housekeeping Leader
• Higher Secondary Graduate
• Must be knowledgeable in use of Cleaning Chemicals, Cleaning Machineries, Linen & Towels
