Job summary

One&Only Resorts in Dubai is seeking a Brand Ambassador for Longevity Hub by Clinique La Prairie to deliver exceptional guest experiences and promote wellness programs. You will engage with clients, guide them through tailored treatments, and help grow the client base with proactive follow-ups and events.

The role requires international experience and strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills to excel in a luxury hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role.
• International experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Always demonstrate customer focus and true appreciation for the guest experience.
• Provide excellent patient / customer service with the ability to develop meaningful and loyal client relationships.
• Build and maintain client base through consistent follow-up with phone calls and thank you notes, scheduling appointments to review new products/treatments/programs and inviting to events.
• Being Brand Ambassador, communicating features and benefits of our treatments / programs / products beyond the basics to appeal to the customer’s needs, and ultimately generate sales.
• Understand the needs of the patients / customers and guide them through the adapted treatments.
• Create and distribute health education materials to clients, whenever needed, in line with Clinique La Prairie guidelines.
• Coordinates the client journey with the experts/therapists of the other services of the Wellness center, in order to provide a well-rounded experience to each client /patient & maintain high level of professional standards.
• To answer all incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner.
• To ensure all email queries are replied to in a professional manner, and within 24 hours.
