Job summary

One&Only Royal Mirage in Dubai is seeking a Wellness Experience Agent to join our Wellness, Movement and Longevity team. You will deliver exceptional guest experiences and drive spa revenue through retail, upselling and cross-sales across the resort.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience in luxury resorts or five-star hotels, strong English communication, and a flexible, dynamic approach. GCC experience is a plus as Kerzner International continues to grow its iconic brands.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in luxury resorts or five-star hotels.
• Strong experience in health & beauty section.
• Excellent spoken and written communication in English and/or another language.
• Middle East/GCC experience is an advantage.

With the global growth of our brands, you will be an integral part of the Resort’s success, and your role goes beyond developing potential relationships where you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experience to our loyal guestsin line with the Hotel brand standards. Responsible for revenue generation through retail, up selling and cross sales to other business centers in the spa.

Suitable candidate will be reporting directly to the Director of Wellness and should have at least 1 years’ experience in a similar position in luxury resorts or five-star hotels. He/She must have a strong experience in health & beauty section, creative, dynamic, passionate and flexible.

Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and/or another language. Computer literacy including relevant software and experience in using. Middle East/GCC experience is an advantage.
