Job summary

One&Only Royal Mirage in Dubai is seeking a Wellness Experience Agent to join our Wellness, Movement and Longevity team. You will deliver exceptional guest experiences and drive spa revenue through retail, upselling and cross-sales across the resort.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience in luxury resorts or five-star hotels, strong English communication, and a flexible, dynamic approach. GCC experience is a plus as Kerzner International continues to grow its iconic brands.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in luxury resorts or five-star hotels.
• Strong experience in health & beauty section.
• Excellent spoken and written communication in English and/or another language.
• Middle East/GCC experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest experience to guests in line with hotel brand standards.
• Generate revenue through spa retail, upselling and cross-sales to other spa business centers.
