Job summary

One&Only Royal Mirage in Dubai seeks a Wellness Therapist to join the Spa team. You will deliver luxurious treatments to our guests in line with five-star standards and ensure pristine spa grooming and client care.

Reporting to the Director of Wellness, you will drive revenue through retail, upselling and cross-sales, with at least 2 years’ experience in luxury resorts or five-star hotels and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role at luxury resorts or five-star hotels.
• Excellent spoken and written English is required.
• Creative, dynamic, passionate and with strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional spa treatments to guests in line with brand standards.
• Generate revenue through retail, upselling, and cross-sales within the spa.
• Report to the Director of Wellness and maintain cleanliness and grooming standards.
