Job summary

Clinique La Prairie, Dubai, seeks a Receptionist to be a key ambassador in a luxury wellness setting. You will deliver exceptional guest service, manage inquiries, schedule appointments, and support events while maintaining a professional and inviting front-of-house presence.

You will build loyal client relationships, coordinate with therapists, and promote wellness offerings to enhance the guest experience in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role.
• International experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent patient/customer service with the ability to develop meaningful and loyal client relationships.
• Build and maintain client base through follow-up communications and scheduling.
• Act as Brand Ambassador, communicating features and benefits of treatments to meet customer needs and generate sales.
• Coordinate client journeys with wellness center experts to ensure a premium experience.
