Job summary

Kerzner International seeks an energetic Wellness Concierge for SIRO One Za’abeel in Dubai to guide guests through fitness, recovery and hotel experiences. You’ll act as a single point of contact across Front Office, Fitness and Spa, delivering personalized, high-energy service.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in concierge or related roles, a hospitality background, superb communication skills, and a passion for wellness and guest satisfaction in a luxury setting.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in hospitality or related field.
• 2–4 years in Concierge/Front Office/Wellness.
• Experience in luxury/hospitality preferred.
• Excellent guest service and interpersonal skills.
• English required; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and create a positive first impression.
• Assist with arrivals/departures, guest requests, luggage.
• Provide personalized dining, entertainment and activity recommendations.
• Explain fitness and recovery lab facilities, programs and classes.
• Arrange reservations, transportation, tickets and experiences.
• Maintain knowledge of facilities, hours, events and activities.
• Coordinate with trainers and therapists to match guest needs.
• Provide information on group classes and services.
• Maintain guest data and handovers between shifts.
