Park Hyatt Dubai is seeking a driven Sales Manager - Villas to accelerate revenue growth for premium villa offerings. You will cultivate strategic relationships, target luxury segments, and deliver bespoke experiences aligned with luxury hospitality standards.

You will lead sales initiatives, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with Revenue, Marketing, Reservations and Operations to maximize occupancy and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related discipline.
• Minimum 4-6 years of sales experience within luxury hospitality.
• Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and driving business growth.
• Strong understanding of luxury travel trends, distribution channels, and global sales practices.
• Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, presentation and business development skills.
• Strong analytical capabilities with experience in sales forecasting, budgeting, reporting and performance analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for high-profile clients and stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy for villa categories.
• Identify and secure business opportunities within luxury leisure, family travel, extended stays, and high-net-worth segments.
• Conduct sales calls, client presentations, site inspections, and familiarization trips.
• Build and maintain relationships with travel advisors, luxury travel consortia, wholesalers, and corporate accounts.
• Drive direct sales initiatives and generate new business through networking and market intelligence.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management, Marketing, Reservations, and Operations to align sales with demand.
• Prepare sales forecasts, pipelines, and performance analyses to achieve revenue targets.
• Represent the property at trade shows and industry events to generate qualified leads.
