WOROOD seeks an elite Sales Manager/Senior Executive to target UHNW private residential interior fit-out in Dubai. You will lead turnkey interior and joinery packages for villas, penthouses, and estates, acting as brand ambassador to VVIP clients, elite designers, and luxury architects.

The role demands discretion, sophistication, and strong commercial acumen, with uncapped commissions and a competitive monthly base. UAE driving license is mandatory for on-site visits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of dedicated sales experience within high-luxury/ultra-luxury residential fit-out in the UAE.
• Proven track record of closed multi-million AED private residential projects.
• Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills with ability to build trust with high-profile clients.

Responsibilities

• Ultra-Luxury Lead Generation: target turnkey fit-out and joinery projects for private luxury villas, penthouses, and high-end residential developments.
• Elite Network Cultivation: build a network of premium interior design firms, luxury architects, high-end real estate brokers, and wealth managers for the UHNW sector.
• VVIP Relationship Management: act as the primary contact for private clients with tailored, white-glove service.
• Bespoke Presentation & Pitching: lead high-impact pitches showing craftsmanship and premium material selection.
• Collaborative Proposal Design: work with internal design, estimation, and master craftsmen on detailed proposals.
• Deal Closure & Contract Management: oversee negotiations, ensure confidentiality, and manage milestones.
