The ideal candidate has 5 years of residential sales, a Bachelor's or higher in Business or Marketing, and a valid RERA license. You will set targets, build relationships, and navigate Dubai's competitive real estate market.

Qualifications

• Proven 5 years of experience in residential real estate sales.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
• Must hold a valid RERA license.

Responsibilities

• Identify and generate leads through various channels including online platforms, referrals, networking events, and marketing campaigns.
• Meet with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
• Provide information on available properties, market conditions, prices, and legal requirements.
• Showcase residential properties to potential buyers, highlighting features and benefits.
• Negotiate terms and conditions on behalf of clients to achieve favorable agreements.
• Assist clients in preparing necessary documents for transactions.
