Job summary

The Park Hyatt Dubai seeks a Sales Manager - Villas to drive revenue through luxury villa sales, cultivate strategic relationships, and seize high-value opportunities. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• 4-6 years of luxury hospitality sales experience, with villas/residences exposure preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and securing key accounts.
• Strong knowledge of luxury travel trends, segments, and distribution channels.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Solid analytical capabilities with sales forecasting, budgeting and reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue, occupancy, and market share for villa categories.
• Identify and secure opportunities with luxury leisure, family travel, high-net-worth individuals and corporate accounts.
• Conduct client meetings, site inspections, and familiarization trips to showcase villa portfolio.
• Build relationships with travel advisors, luxury consortia, wholesalers, DMOs, and partners.
• Drive direct sales initiatives and generate new business through prospecting and networking.
• Collaborate with Revenue, Marketing, Reservations, and Operations to align sales with demand.
• Monitor market trends and competitive activity to guide product positioning.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure profitability while adhering to company policies.
• Prepare forecasts, pipelines, and performance analyses with recommendations to exceed targets.
• Represent the property at trade shows and industry events to generate qualified leads.
