Job summary

CELINE is seeking an In Store Operations Manager in Dubai to oversee back-of-house functions, stock management, and service standards, reporting to the Store Director. You will lead a dedicated team and ensure seamless operations that support sales and exceptional customer experiences in a luxury environment.

You will develop operational processes, optimize inventory, manage procurement of store supplies, and drive ecommerce order execution, all while upholding CELINE’s standards of excellence

Qualifications

• Retail experience in luxury/fashion is required.
• Proven leadership in managing high-performing teams.
• Strong understanding of stock management and inventory control.
• Excellent communication and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee stock management with meticulous attention to detail and ensure accuracy in inventory control.
• Manage procurement of store supplies and ensure quality standards for luxury retail.
• Oversee ecommerce order processing to maintain a seamless online-to-offline experience.
• Lead and develop store teams; foster a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Coordinate with Store Director to align back-of-house operations with business objectives.
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
