Job summary

Hermès in Dubai seeks a Retail Operations Manager to uphold the highest standards of store performance and enhance client experience. You will support store teams by optimizing tools and sharing best practices in line with corporate policies and values.

You will spend time in stores to understand field realities, lead recruitment with HR, roll out group policies, train on tools (Cegid, MyHpad, My Stock App, Hermès Care, H-Link), and drive omnichannel integration with Regional teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of retail operations experience.
• Proven leadership and ability to liaise with store teams and corporate.
• Strong understanding of supply chain concepts and customer service.
• Organized, rigorous, and able to prioritize team activities.
• Analytical mindset and proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) and local language.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations across press showroom, after-sales, and regional hubs.
• Coordinate recruitment with HR and source suitable profiles.
• Roll out group policies and optimize in-store processes.
• Train teams on store tools (Cegid, MyHpad, My Stock App, Hermès Care, H-Link).
• Ensure omnichannel tool deployment and strong CRC-store collaboration.
• Monitor KPI metrics such as stock accuracy, stock on hold, and conversions.
• Coordinate regional after-sales hub management and workshop oversight.
• Organize store openings, renovations, and regional exceptional sales.
